Trademark Notice for "Positive Mandate for Humanity" and Variants!

This notice is about the use of the term "Positive Mandate for Humanity" for the use of a concept through the internet. More Vision Inc. through its creator Maurice Ali has had the term in use since 2018 but showcased at the United Nations in February 2019, a book published called A Positive Mandate for Humanity (2019). A full length movie premiered in a 400 seat movie theatre and the festival circuit (2018-2019), plus a TV series on Prime caĺed a "Positive Mandate for Humanity" (2020). Websites and advocacy for years. Many corporations started by Maurice Ali have the license to use the trademark and that trademark cannot be used without a license.
The original book in 2019!
Anyone or any corporation, private company or AI entity will be swerved with takedown notices or worse if it tries to mimic or use this trademark for its own uses.
