On February 7 (2026) FOF Advocacy Inc. (a not for profit) corporation acquired FOF Entertainment Inc. (a for profit) corporation by purchasing all 10,000 shares from its owner Maurice Ali for a token amount of one dollar (CAN).



This purchase will allow the FOF Advocacy Inc. ownership over the website and any other assets the FOF Entertainment Inc. corporation owns.



The constitution’s of both companies, management and staff at both organizations remain as before.
