Notice of Intent: FOFSTOCK Purchasing FOF Records!

This is merely a notice of intention of the FOFSTOCK corporation’s intention to purchase FOF Records Inc. and thus consolidate FOFSTOCK as an all in one not-for-profit for the musical collective with intellectual property, distribution, live events and advocacy in Canada and the United States of America. This would be a mutually agreeable purchase for all involved.







Can a not-for-profit own a for-profit? In Canada the answer is yes with some rules of course. This notice is simply to state that intention to garner opinions from all affected stakeholders before a more formal decision is made.
