FOF RECORDS Inc. to Enter the UK Music Scene!

FOF Records Inc. is excited to announce that in addition to our business in Canada and the USA, we will now be adding the United Kingdom to the sphere of our operations.
Like our ambitions into the States, this will also be a slow but deliberate step into another important place of musical influence.
Post-Covid our record label is reinventing itself and taking advantage of our viability coming out of the pandemic compared to all others in the Canadian music industry. We intend to help and promote upcoming Canadian talent with the ability to take that talent to the larger market such as the United States where we are registered with the IRS and thus able to do business there like any American corporation. And so it shall be in the UK, being able to cross the pond to Canada and the States and vice-versa. Canada and the UK have a favorable business reciprocal agreement called the “Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement (Canada-UK TCA - that came into force on April 1, 2021) and generally it is very easy to do business in the UK if you are Canadian.
FOF RECORDS Inc. is one of the last truly indie corporate record labels left in Canada and this new vision will hold its original vision of freedom of expression and promotion of music in good stead into the years to come.
