Twenty6Hundred Rocks the Opera at the Opera House!

Twenty6Hundred at the Opera House!
Twenty6Hundred rocked the opera at the Opera House - aptly named because it is an opera house. Anyway the crowd was surprisingly large given it was a Friday of a long weekend and everyone drives off to the cottage. Back in town though things were rocking with Twenty6Hundred's songs from their latest album Electric For All and a cover thrown in there for good measure. The funniest moment was when one of the crowd broke down and admitted he was a "sheeple" intervention style, and was rewarded with a CD of Electric For All as his reward for honesty. Then the band played a tribute to him by playing their song: Sheeple!
After the set I walked around the neighborhood. Lots of small restaurants with hobby acts playing to friends and first dates. I found a Subway shop by the Opera House and had a 6" assorted and talked to the guy there that was just waiting another three hours to get out - it was just after midnight. Lots of women, average women, dressed to the nines tonight. I never get to see them all dolled up for the evening. Hum... But the big event was at the Opera House with its fantastic lighting and sound show packed with a crowd that knows where to go for a rock'in good time - Twenty6Hundred style!
