In order to stay true to the spirit of this website, there will be no user groups or permissions to access or post in this forum. However; this forum will be for posting of original individual articles by our membership (which includes anyone.....) and replies will be moved (uncensored) into the discussion forums. You must stay true to the three rules of this website (i.e. no death threats, no child pornography. and no plots for illegal activities). That is how we will run it for now, but if people abuse this openness we have other options that are more restrictive (and more of a hassle) but still would stay true to the constitution of this website. Thank you.

To our regulars this may seem very redundant. However, because of unrelenting spamming by all sorts of robots and individuals, we have closed public posting on these boards. I will nevertheless allow posts to be sent to an email address of mine at hotmail (and will probably get more spam because of it)and I will catch it from there and post it in the forum of your choosing. I never changed the forum rules because I love the idealism we had here at the beginning and did not want to mess with history. But for those new to this place, now you know.
