I'm going to put up trademark notices for the "Worldwide Vote" and "Positive Mandate for Humanity" as it pertains to corporate activities. This should stop spoof activities trying to become our Worldwide Vote on some other website and the same for the Positive Mandate. I will also update the second page at IAIJ to include the new speech - basically updating the websites. Anonymous people were trying to lessen the impact of my little speech and Shane saw this in action like I did. That doesn't matter as much as the jump in creations and domain ownership of any domains to hold a Worldwide Vote. In the end all these sites including our will become useless unless it gets really popular which is why I want the Worldwide Vote to happen at the UN or its satellite agencies or a large social platform. That short little speech has brought in interest from people of all races, genders. abilities and locations around the world. I now have logistics for the advocacy - not a "one man band" anymore. Regardless, I now have a lot of interest by others about the vote. I don't have to go it alone, but only with those that I know and trust - of course.....

I will also transfer the esim from the iPhone to the S25 Ultra and fool around with that phone for the balance of the long weekend. The S25 will actually produce an 8K video file on the phone while selecting 8K on the Pixel will only record in 4K and then have have to upload it to their server and wait an hour and then give you back an 8K file - it's not the same! Smartphones are not boring if you have the different phone designed available to purchase.

That should take it to the end of Saturday. Watching movies again and this one is Tenet.

On Sunday I did nothing.....

How is that for an intro to keep you reading!

I slept in then drove to my dad's place and ate breakfast. Then laid down on a couch drifting in and out of sleep. Around noon I took my dad and sister to the grocery store and then to the mall. I tried to get the people at Roger's to figure out how to transfer my esim to the S25, but there were too many people there. Went back home eventually and will watch more of Tenet. That is a great movie you can watch over and over! In the fight scenes you just can't reverse the video as one is moving forward in time and one is moving backward. So in one scene the same guy runs through a the inversion machine normally while the inverted person runs backward into the protagonist. I never even thought about it as it was so quick but if you scroll slowly he does indeed run backward into the protagonist. The fight scenes were extensive as one had to fight backward while the other fight is the guy fighting forward. All practical.

Oh and the 747 plane smashing into the hanger was all real! All practical and the cars being dragged were all real too! Such a great film.....

So now it's past 7:00pm and time to eat supper and watch more Tenet.

During the Sunday conference call we agreed that I actually moved the needle a bit - finally - with regard to a Worldwide Vote at the UN. All I did was make it a talking point after nine years - I delivered the speech - but something has changed now and it was noticed by many.....

I finally got my esim transfered to the S25 Ultra. I'm assuming Roger's who is my cellphone provider only allows one which every 24 hours. Anyway, I will rock the phone for a few days and work out any bugs.

I renewed beyondthefortressexperiment.com as it had 5 days to go. I'm rethinking if that should be a reimagining of the original movie or if it's better just to leave it alone - flaws and all and just make a new one or scrap the idea altogether. Most everyone is practically retired now and even Shane is pushing 50 - strange to say that. Even names you grew up with are getting old. Movie stars and musicians and anyone well known are turning old and even outright dying on you. They are still up for an interview if pushed, but many thought they said their goodbyes to the experiment with the movie.

Shadow on My Heart is here next on by Lucifari and I actually have the finished files. All that means nothing these days as the distributors run tests for AI content / copyright and all that. I usually put out teasers before release, but these days nothing is for sure. Anyway, expect new music soon by Lucifari!

The long weekend was not a total bust.....

Currently I'm trying to get a proper offline music player. Also the cut and paste is very different than iOS. Scale of website presentation is wack on Android - no biggie as it can be permanently changed but I will just put that out here.

That song Shadow on My Heart has been sent and all we do is wait.

I checked out a few festivals because FOFSTOCK was held on the Monday of the August civic day holiday. It is what it is but you have to be slightly crazy to do this in real life.....

I'll tidy up the trademark notices and make some pictures with the name and a TM beside it and call it a day as only registered trademarks have any weight behind them.

I did finally catch up on sleep so there is that!

Sure making movies, TV shows and big ass concerts and smaller musical venues and all that is exciting and actually can make an old man like myself look cool! However, the real purpose here is that new global social contract and that means the Worldwide Vote and the Positive Mandate for Humanity that comprise it! For example the original reason for the United Nations was to prevent war. Then there was ECOSOC and the 17 Sustainable Goals (the STGs that I talked about in my latest speech) but for the most part things like clean water, cheap energy, availability of higher education and all that is a cessation of a need but not a self-actualization for humanity in itself. In the backdrop of emerging AI - what's the ultimate point of humanity? For me it is increasing happiness and the process that makes this happen, and the answer is the Positive Mandate for Humanity. This concept states that happiness resides in our being able to freely express ourselves in body and mind, in speech, in pursuing work or finding a mate without cultural barriers, freedom of movement is also a form freedom of expression, and so on. Freedom to pursue higher education, to help further express yourself in all forms - a lot of the human rights in the UN Declaration of Human Rights no longer become just a statement - but an appropriate necessity for our happiness through the Positive Mandate.

Happiness is achieved through allowing in the freest expression of ourselves in body and mind - in all aspects of our lives!

Anyway, Eliminating hunger, a house over your head and education for all, and the freedom to date and marry who you want and to pursue your desires in work, were all denied to me in my life and I was wretchedly unhappy in my life. I'm still denied many things others take for granted and never think about until it is denied to them.

So a new layer, a new form of global interaction can be achieved with this philosophy of the Positive Mandate and the Worldwide Vote for governance and consensus in this new realm. This is what I have to push for even as I get older, and push it at the highest levels. Good strategy has positioned me in a strategic place to disseminate these ideas and advocate as an individual and fellow citizen of the world for a happier future. The buy-in for this new Global Social Contract is simply increasing happiness and by extension - everyone's happiness. Even humanity's ultimate reason for being - humanity's ultimate goal does not need to be stated, just the means to that end which is freest expression of mind and body because it makes us happy!

That has to be my number one goal right now and I may get another chance at it in six weeks - we shall see.....

I spent Saturday reformatting a Linux Mint laptop back to Windows. I would have done it sooner but to format it to a medium Windows understands meant using GParted in Linux and formatting the Ext partition to MSDOS and that allowed the Windows jump drive to see it and start putting Windows in that laptop. Then it was putting all the programs in it, but as of now
that laptop is functional and useful again.

As the saying goes: "Linux is a nice place
to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there....."

In other news:

I hope you all saw that getting the Worldwide Vote to the position of a talking point at the United Nations was a goal achieved and as expected you could see me start talking about the Positive Mandate for Humanity and that new Global Social Contract. Every time I achieve a goal I set another one and on it goes. It took a solid two weeks but we are there now with new and improved goals!

Sunday was super busy with some family flying in but stuff still happened.

The Sunday call was actually optimistic with things right now and we start push the Positive Mandate idea. This is no guarantee of a place anywhere in the future for that but it's worth it as a concepts guiding humanity (happiness) and is solid, and is the kind of glue to hold together a new Global Social Contract that can work along side the other aspects of humanity like geopolitics, religion and culture. Our social contract does not impact what currently goes on in the world directly - so it is no threat to the "status quo". It is its own thing - a new layer of interaction based solutions on individuals and not proxy to a few who then can do as they wish. It is something new that due to technology - can happen now, and with a solid philosophy as its foundation (the Positive Mandate for Humanity) and a home either at the United Nations preferably but also (if that fails) at the very large social platforms if it has to happen there. I am an outsider still at the United Nations, so I am the perfect form to disseminate these ideas as I have nothing to lose there, yet still have access and the ability to express these ideas and concepts there.

All this took place around 6:00am-7:00am Sunday morning. Later in the day we got confirmation that I could attend that evening "get together" in the Delegate's Lounge inside the UN. I believe that is the evening before the start of the General Debate speeches with all the big wigs in attendance. Events like this are gold to our advocacy as the population there is mostly tech savvy but with other parts of the UN in attendance that can be advocated to. So that confirmation made the day there.

The office laptop converted back to Windows 10 is done and back in service. It stays on Windows 10 as previously I had it on Windows 11 but Microsoft found a way to break that which is how it ended up on Linux Mint - but now it's back to Windows 10. All my old work applications work great on Windows 10 and it looks like Microsoft is deliberately trying to break its own legacy software and force you to subscriptions. So back to Windows 10 and stay off the internet and endless updates that seem to give you nothing new, but I'm sure tons of data about you on your computer goes back to Microsoft - so "obsolete" Windows 10 is better on this laptop.....

Ok, here is the plan:

The reason why my little speech at the High Level Political Forum was important, was because that is the forum that mostly controls the Sustainable Goals (17 of them) at the United Nations. Having people vote on things like the Sustainable Development Goals is one thing, but the Positive Mandate for Humanity also factors here too.

Even back in 2019 - see the SDGs beside our side event in the entrance to the conference room?

The Sustainable Development Goals tackle hunger, clean water, education, elimination of poverty and so on. However if you were to look at Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, we would see that the SDGs satiate basic human needs but fall short of self-actualization. Where is that supposed to happen? Does it happen in individual countries or cultures or religions? That would be too devisive at the HLPF at the UN. However, the Positive Mandate of fullest expression of mind and body in all its forms (and supported by the UN Declaration of Human Rights) and participation supported by the Charter of the United Nations itself, could reside there completing the humanitarian program at the UN handled by the HLPF and the Division for Sustainable Development Goals (DSDG) and is a part of UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA). Still a part of it operationally but less so for our conceptual or philosophic ideals is the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Even back in 2004!

So, three weeks ago we made the Worldwide Vote a talking point there, now comes the future heart and soul of the sustainable goals - the: Positive Mandate for Humanity!

Here I am glaring at the high table waving the cellphone pitching the global UN vote idea at the United Nations!

I intend to show the United Nations how we can help self-actualize and lessen mental suffering with the Positive Mandate and how technology now allows us to focus less on individual acts of excellence in leading cultural development - but rather - by using the Positive Mandate for Humanity to take all 8 billion people and self-actualize them all at once, and in so doing lessen suffering on an unimaginable scale in human history. We use proxy to pick leaders and parties for governance. We celebrate human achievement by focusing on individual achievements to show the best of humanity - but I agree a better way is to improve the lives of every person in humanity to be the happiest they all can be all at the same time!
