Ah.....

I was going to post this yesterday but someone was trying to hack into my LinkedIn and Facebook accounts - this always happens with good news. Get good luck and then back luck comes rushing in.

As you can see above, this was the actual submission to the United Nations for a speaking position and as you know I was granted that position but not guaranteed.

Nevertheless, this marks the first time in 11 years that the Worldwide Vote has been taken seriously enough to be mentioned at the United Nations. I did have a side event back in 2017, and I basically started the event alone - that was a moment after all the young people that showed interest. However, basically some came in, in addition to the UN reporter, and by the end we had maybe 10 people - but no matter, my quest for a global vote was also broadcast out of the United Nations as a live stream, so on-site viewers really didn't matter if I was all by myself - one of the coolest moments of my life!

At the start it was me, myself and I.....

That was the first act IAIJ took after it attained consultative status. You can't even do that anymore as now only member states can do that (hold side-events at UN Headquarters) as a partner with an NGO. Anyway, now we have a chance to turn that idea of a global vote into a "talking point" at the United Nations and that alone is a moment of achievement for me personally.

Note the demonstration cellphones on display there!

So we will go to the HLS event in July. Even if I fall ill, I will have an alternate to go instead and deliver the speech. Making a Worldwide Vote a common "talking point" requires talking and talking we will do - via that speech. So if I don't do it - a member of IAIJ will and I'll pay for air fare, they will stay in my hotel and get their grounds pass and make that speech.

Getting input from one of the attendees!

If that speech doesn't happen (not by our fault) then at least we will know where we stand. It will be back to Mark Zuckerberg (and then later Elon Musk, who we may have had some influence with years ago, but he is too involved with the SpaceX IPO now) . For a man (Musk) that embraced voting as the ultimate will of the people - how hard would it be to influence him on a Worldwide Vote with our organization and it's credibility to take the vote and the results seriously. And there are even more platforms galore to make this happen if doesn't happen at the United Nations.

Anyway, I'll update the weekend in a personal way as I had some fun and we will officially make note of the UN event here and at IAIJ.

Goodnight.....

It's all set up:

Sam wrote:
IAIJ to Attend 2026 ECOSOC High-Level Segment on the joint theme of the 2026 High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development and High-Level Segment of ECOSOC!

By Samantha Blackwell, IAIJ Inc.

The International Association of Independent Journalists Inc. will be attending the “2026 ECOSOC High-Level Segment on the joint theme of the 2026 High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development and High-Level Segment of ECOSOC: “Transformative, equitable, innovative and coordinated actions for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its Sustainable Development Goals for a sustainable future for all”. The theme of the general debate of the High-Level Segment is “Delivering better: accelerating urgent and transformative action to achieve the SDGs by 2030”. The event will happen on July 13-15 (2026) at United Nations Headquarters in New York City.

United Nations Headquarters

Coming to the event on behalf of IAIJ will be its CEO Maurice Ali (or an alternative member of IAIJ if Maurice is unable to attend). IAIJ will be there to observe and participate with a possible oral statement if time and circumstances permit.

(As you can see above, this was the actual submission to the United Nations for a speaking position and as you can see below IAIJ was granted that position but not guaranteed.)

More news of the event will be added as it becomes available.

IAIJ: JOURNALISTS IN ACTION AROUND THE WORLD!

I won't bother mentioning who will sub for me if needed. I plan to be there, but I did help this person get into the Masters degree program at TMU University if that helps.

Remember that the oral statement is not guaranteed. Many times they just run out of time. But I was going there anyway for the Monday and now it's changed to Tuesday and Wednesday (July 15, 2026) and since Delta has the red-eye flight at 10:00pm I'm actually spending the same amount of money to speak. So we shall see what happens.

The big deal is that I was so bold in just going for the direct appeal for the vote and then getting the invite in the first place. That never happened before and it was actually a shock when I received notification. I actually questioned if I should even bother to submit the statement back in April, I did do it in the end muttering to myself why it's only one person in 8 billon doing this - but I digress... So I'll take this as a mini-victory, but letting us speak would be the biggest confirmation that a Worldwide Vote is now a legitimate talking point at the United Nations! Everything is all set up and all we can do now is wait.....

Goodnight.....

Monday was all about the Apple Developer event.....

On an iPhone!

This is important to me as Apple considers me a "Developer" because I have an active app in the Apple App Store. My biggest concerns were the age verification constant changes by country and any impact the Apple Ultra Fold will have on the Worldwide Vote app. It looks like the fold should fold out to iPad dimensions and they will also have an app to adjust any iOs app to work in any orientation - that's a relief. Currently you can download and use my app on any device from a Mac to an iPhone. Between Android and iOS - you have no idea the amount of emails I get listing changes that may impact you. The Developer event ended with you getting an email to agree to the new conditions - or else...

On an Android phone!

Even on a Mac!

Oh yes - I have to really start using the iOS and Android Labels to let people know the voting app called "Worldwide Vote" is available there. There is also an Android Apk you can side load while you still can. You can also
vote at:

https://worldwidevote.org

https://theworldwidevote.com

https://theworldwidevote.org

https://humanityassembly.org

Aside from that it's getting back to the charity music festival vibe.

I was watching a cowboy video and was shocked to see that the "wild west" was really only 35 years long. That out of 35 thousand cowboys 25% were black and 33% were Mexican. So yea, there were black cowboys back then as shown in more contemporary movies like Unforgiven. In fact, the term "Cowboy" (Cow-Boy) was a derogatory term used to describe black farm works in those days. So if you were black, realize there were black cowboys all over the place in those days. The kicker was only two - 2 - main street gunfights were ever officially recorded. Probably more unrecorded but way rarer than media would have you to believe!

And the gunslinger term never existed, they called themselves a shootist.....

That's enough for now.....

Goodnight.....

Things are getting back to normal.....

First of all I'm containerizing all my files for the CRA and the FOFSTOCK charity application.

Next is a subtle pitch for the Worldwide Vote apps going into the UN trip. Nice that I don't have to address anything beforehand.

Sleeping in.....

On the weekend I bought a bunch of DVDs including "The Prisoner" TV series from the 60s. It's amazing how contemporary it looks today with the wireless phones and contemporary buildings and apartments and all that, even the town with cameras everywhere. I'll bet the kids watching that would not find that out of place or disturbing. I also forgot that the intro on the first episode and the remaining ones up to the last show were different. In the first show he drives up to the parking gate and take the ticket but the Lotus sports car was so low to the ground he just drove under it before the arm could go up - just so funny! Im amazed at how good the Bluray 4:3 version looks compared to the SD stretched and cropped to 16X9 - the new version looks HD in 4:3 - amazing.....

Also, when I was buying up all these hard to find DVDs it occurred to me I was probably snatching up some dead guy's DVD collection the family sold to Deja Voo Discs - another sobering thought.....

And don't forget, after downloading the Worldwide Vote app you can also buy the Worldwide Vote Book I wrote years ago - no AI involved - if interested.....

Goodnight.....

We have new music coming out soon from Lucifari:

In other news - it's amazing how much bad luck is falling on me. Some of it is deliberate, like the constant hacking attempts. I knew this stuff was going to happen and lump it in as bad luck. Lots of bad luck tips the scale for more good luck in the future as well as making up for the same in the past - I thank you for your help!

For Friday I may watch a couple of episodes of The Prisoner like the one where he becomes an ugly guy but still doing the usual stuff he does. Then there is the western episode where he has to take on the bad guys as sheriff. One part of the series that rings true is at the end where he is asked to make a speech and gets shouted down by The Village - been there and done that.....

Goodnight.....

Instead of The Prisoner I watched that old black and white movie: "The Best Years of our Lives". It always gets to me when the vet who lost his hands in WW2 comes back home with his mom crying and his kid sister just staring and his girlfriend feeling uncomfortable.

Anyway, this brought things home for me. Where I grew up, the place I called home; the kids I played house with, the girls there that had a thing for me. In the place I called home, I could even ask them out on a date. I was an outsider in the place I called home. Even at school the system betrayed me - at every step of life I was denied and merit had nothing to do with it.

In the end the only people that showed me any compassion, any belongingness and any love was on the fringes of society. Even my Oma who fed me and changed my diapers and taught me German nursery school rhymes - was a women who fled with her family from Nazi Germany before the Americans and Soviets came to town. All outsiders who knew what it was like not to fit in and took me in, all the other fringe communities regardless of what it looked like - such a great learning experience in life!

Anyway, I was abandoned by the society I called home. Most got mental problems and dealt with it that way. Me? I was raised by my Oma to be an Overman - and what see before you is what you got!

Most of the kids that joined Fortress in the beginning were homeless. Shane, Samantha and Jessica along with Shaun and Julie and others were all homeless. Kevin had a friend that would just frighten away normal folk. One of his friends had flippers for arms and legs. Man did he have a nasty personality! I was hanging out with Kevin and him on some street corner in Toronto and that guy was unrelenting. But I understood his situation and his life so all was good. Most of them are dead now. Donald and Kevin and Julie are all dead. Livingston never got his Phd degree while he was alive. It just goes on and on. Kevin's friends also had complications in addition to the visible complications - unspeakably unhealthy lives and dead now!

They are all dead now - but I feel their collective eyes bearing down at the back of my neck as I make these advocacy plays on social platforms and at the United Nations.

I took a break from the movie and maybe I've said enough already. My intentions are good and I do not gain personally with anything under this moral imperative. Yet the crap I have to endure is amazing. Just try to improve the lot of the ordinary person and all of humanity and everyone is against you - it's f**king insanity in a way!

I got this message from the UN today:

Looks like Elon Musk's SpaceX IPO was a raging success with the man himself becoming the first Trillionaire in history! OXFAM said Musk's personal wealth now exceeds the wealth of 3.8 billion people on earth. While this might anger many of you - remember we may have had some influence with Musk way back when he first purchased Twitter. We may need to go back to the man and pitch that vote and extra layer of a new global reality and global identity for all - if the United Nations chickens out.....

I still have our phone number in Texas. This bit of advocacy can work to rehabilitate his image using his wealth to help everyone on earth in a pretty substantial way. Money is a tool and many look at the rich badly because they see them taking money away from others who could use it. My pitch would rectify that criticism and put him in the history books as a great man. Then again it could work for Mark Zuckerberg as well. I have options and that is a play for leverage at the United Nations.

Petitioning the richest people in earth to help out humanity is one way they can salvage the more negatives aspects of their lives. In eastern religions it's called building pagodas to curry favor with the gods so that you don't become reincarnated as a rat. You see this already with other rich people doing much philanthropy especially at the United Nations, always with that SDG medallion on him as he advocates and does good in his later life. So Bill Gates now gets added to the list.....

The job finds the man and not the other way around as the old saying goes. I have options, and you can play games and screw around with me all the petty little ways you can. But I actually hold some cards to play and I feel the weight of humanity on me to play things out. Surprisingly I'm physically at 100% percent right now. The Fates want this to play out on merit and ideology and not because someone got sick. Bad luck hit me by the megatons this week - I hope it was worth the hassle.....

The Fates

Goodnight.....

I bought another phone.

I got an open box or refurbished S25 Ultra. That thing is new without a mark on it at half price so I bought it there and then. It was easier and quicker to set it up than before as I just copied everything over from that inexpensive Nord N30 phone I bought new.

I can function with it now but the true test is to transfer my esim from the iPhone to the S25. It almost worked on the third attempt and then I gave up. And I'm not paying 25 bucks to have Roger's do it for me! Thanks Apple for the "only esim" crapola! Now, the S25 can still call out and has data but it is more expensive as it's my travel sim. So I guess it stays in the Samsung until something major makes me have to force the change like the iPhone getting stolen or damaged.

The One+ Nord N30 was originally purchased for Lineage OS and that's what it will get soon. Basically it will turn into a de-Googled phone.

Anyway, getting the new phone and getting some sleep has me in better spirits. Last week was nothing but aggravation especially the hacking stuff. And supposedly because I may make some two minute speech at the UN. Anyway, things have died down so maybe my life gets back to normal.

Goodnight.....

Got this just a few minutes ago:

Wow, so formal this time! I really hope we get somewhere with this at this event.

In other news:

I'm still messing around with the new phone. Believe it or not, I consider the S25 to be a better phone than the S26 because of the screen degradation that came with the privacy mode. It's darker and more pixelated and this is a permanent issue as it is hardware. Maybe it gets refined in 2027 but for now the titanium premium design and cheaper price made the S25 the way to go.

It's rocking an Otterbox Commuter case as usual and a screen protector. Almost everything is set up after just one day.....

One Plus Nord N30 plastic "el'cheapo" phone!

I may keep the One Plus Nord N30 as a prop phone for the UN event with the regular app installed and connected to the iPhone as a hotspot and the "demo" mode app just in case connectivity is degraded by all that concrete protection they have at the United Nations. Or maybe I'll just rock it with Lineage OS while there! The Worldwide Vote app was also side loaded on to Graphene OS on a Pixel 7 if you are curious.

I just hope all his effort is not wasted.....

Goodnight.....
