FOF RECORDS Inc.
On December 13 (2024) the FOFSTOCK (a not for profit) corporation acquired FOF RECORDS Inc. (a for profit) corporation by purchasing all 10,000 shares from its owner Maurice Ali for a token amount of one dollar (CAN) with full endorsement from the board of directors, staff and general membership.
This purchase will allow FOFSTOCK a ready stable of talent and expertise to advocate as one of its mission statements is to advocate for musicians and the music industry in general. The purchase also solidifies the relationship between FOF artists and the concerts and live venues FOFSTOCK has going forward. Artists who sign with the label get extra support through live events hosted by FOFSTOCK. FOFSTOCK with this purchase is now a one stop organization for all things in the music industry!
The constitution’s of both companies, management and staff at both organizations remain as before.
