The Zimbabwe Kiosk

By Sue E., Journalist

London, England - The Strand London - Zimbabwe High Commission This is a small kiosk besides the Zimbabwe High Commission manned by three people asking for signatures for the free and fair Presidential Elections in Zimbabwe in 2005 and also to motivate the South African President Mbeki to put his own pressure on Mugabe. The kiosk is outside the Embassy every Saturday and Sunday.

The Mugabe regime is accused of state approved murder and torture , causing famine amongst the people due to environmental conditions and his disastrous economic policies the restriction of the judiciary and the ending of freedom of the press in 2002.

The need for the international community to get involved in making sure that next years elections are free and fair is imperative .
