FOF Sets The Trap - U.SA. Military Takes The Bait
By Maurice Ali, Journalist
Yes, it is true. After our exclusive report on why the U.S. Department of Justice visited our site last week; I decided to set a trap for the government to test a suspicion. What we did was to post a story called "War Cry" and advertise it around the internet, and this was what I got today:
From Our Server
What is nipr.mil:
nipr.mil
what is disa.mil:
disa.mil
So confirmed, the U.S. Military Intelligence is spying on us, like so many others, using search engines on the net to qualify "targets". Here is some more background on this activity:
Nipr Background
So what do we make of this? In a sense we were asking for a visit and we got one.....predictably. Life in the post 911 world - right? I do not worry about this anymore as we are an incorporated registered set of companies broadcasting news and opinions as a free speech and thought advocacy organization - all above board and approved by the Canadian Government. However, this type of activity is worrisome for our American friends. I always used to lump folk concerned about "Big Brother" with the "tin hat society".....but I I am ready to change my mind. Yes we are being looked at, but this is a public venue, open to everyone. I must also give my more hostile and adversarial American friends more slack and understanding over their attitude when I bring up the subject of freedoms and privacy in today's world.....there is fear out there.....
If you military dudes are just "surfing the net"; then click the reply button on the "Comments And Discussion" thread below and let us know. I don't think that post will ever come, so be careful out there.....
