Fortress Of Freedom Records Goes Into Retail!

Our albums on sale in our first record store!
The Fortress Of Freedom Corporation is excited to announce that our albums produced to date are being tested in retail for the first time. The record store in question is Sunshine Sound in Toronto. None of our albums have been released yet and this is just a test to see which albums go first and how they are received. Price and marketing is left to the owners and we will monitor the sales on a regular basis.
This test is in many ways a psychological task to get that initial thrill of seeing the product in retail and that same product garnering money from regular point of purchase buyers. By doing this test, we are in a more favorable position when going after our first major distribution agreement when the albums are officially released. Anyway, Sunshine Sound became our first point of purchase presence in a record store and thus marks a small milestone in the label's history. On-line purchase can be done through our on-line store.
